The Kansas State Board of Pharmacy is asking healthcare professionals to help evaluate future funding options for integrating K-TRACS data into clinical workflow. The Board has sent the survey directly to Kansas prescribers and pharmacists, and KCHP is sharing it here so our members have another chance to respond.

The survey is anonymous and takes less than five minutes. It closes at 5:00 pm CT on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
